Who am I? I am an artist that takes my health serious! If I am not healthy mentally and physically, I personally can not do the painting/art I love to do! One thing that helps me is to exercise, along with healthy eating. Yoga is a great way to keep me excited about creating and being able to do my work! I believe yoga is great for mental and physical relaxation. It can help provide the strength do be able to keep up with ordinary daily routines that can sometimes be hectic.
